TRUDI DAY THE ARTIST

I have exhibited my work widely throughout the West Country, concentrating on all the major Art Weeks and Trails and The Royal Bath and West Show where, in 2002 I was awarded 1^st place for best picture in exhibition followed by several Commendations in subsequent years.

My paintings most often portray children (usually my own boys and their friends), or local landscapes. The paintings that result are illuminated by my love of both subjects.

I offer weekly painting classes and regular painting workshops particularly aimed at beginners. I also run painting breaks in The Algarve.

I love working with people and particularly enjoy helping people release their creative talent, enjoy colour and find a passion in the Arts.

Have completed training and been awarded a Diploma in Colour Therapy with June McLeod’s Colours of the Soul ® Training School.

I live with two of my three boys and one cat in Blagdon, North Somerset.
